We visit your property regularly and check that everything is as it should be. We air the rooms, water the plants, look over the garden, the pool and the general condition, and, by arrangement, send you photographs and a brief report.
If we notice that something needs attention, we inform you at once and, where needed, help arrange a tradesperson or the appropriate service.

Do you let your villa, holiday home or apartment? We can take over during the tourist season as well.
We manage reservations and booking platforms, communicate with guests, arrange preparation and cleaning, handle check-in and check-out, and serve as the local contact during the stay. You decide how involved you wish to be.
