Alongside Croatian, I work actively in English and Italian, which allows me to communicate with owners and guests from different countries with ease and confidence.

The technical side of the service is entrusted to someone with experience in facility management, which brings practical knowledge in organising property maintenance, coordinating contractors and resolving technical issues in good time.

From regular servicing and minor repairs to the coordination of more complex work, the aim is to keep your property safe, functional and well maintained, even when you are not nearby.
